Summary: Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. Rooms were newly renovated and clean. The pool was a bit run down but the kids had a blast at the water park and the arcade.

Summary: We stayed here several years ago and the new updates definitely helped the overall appearance. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The new bathroom layout is terrible. The door swings inward blocking the path to the toilet. The door should swing out into the room. The AC unit did not keep running even though temp was lowered. We couldn’t get the fan to just stay on to circulate the air so it became stuffy.

Summary: Our room floor was not clean. Sand or dirt was on the floor but we didn’t notice it until we took our shoes and socks off the night of our stay. We asked for a late check out the morning we were leaving. The receptionist informed us that they were not granting late check out “that day”. We have traveled a lot and have never been denied a late check out. Unacceptable.

Summary: This facility is odd. No phones in the rooms, very short handed, almost like a self service facility. The staff was very nice, just very few of them. NO daily service to your room, its walk to the front desk and ask. Rooms are beautiful but it seems like ownership has no interest in running the place like a real hotel of this caliber should be. The pool(s) are huge, but run down. The whole place has a niceness about it with no direction. Needs new management.
